- Schedules, prices, and information that is published on this website are correct at this time, but we can change our given information without notice.
- Tours and Desert safaris may change the timings during the holy month of Ramadan, summer, or on any special day.
- We reserve the right to cancel any tour or change at our discretion without any notification.
- We can confirm your Booking without Advanced payment OR Full and Half payments in advance.
- No refund will be payable to you in respect of a booking cancelled less than 24 hours.
- We understand that plans can change. If they do, please let us know 24 hours prior to your activity. We will not be able to process refunds for less than 24 hours before your activity starts bookings cancelled
- In few cases You must have to make the Full payment of your tour at least two days prior to the our date. If payment is not received before the expected date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking(s).
- You can get full refund, if you cancelled the activity before 48 hours. If you cancel after 48 hrs you’ll get 25%. If you cancelled less than 24 hrs, you will not be able get refund.
